We will have downtime on the 24/02/2018.

This server will stop processing jobs on the 23/02/2018 at around
23:00 UTC, as the server will be put into "Shutdown mode".

Start: 10/02/2018 09:00 UTC
End: 10/02/2018 11:00 UTC
